Rebels Imperial Tie Pilot Belt and buckle

Star Wars Rebels Imperial  Tie Pilot Black Belt and buckle. The belt is 2" wide. Machined Aluminum buckle and Greeblie. 
Approximate size is 4" x 2 5/8".

I will need your waist circumference measurement, where you want the belt to rest on you, to size the belt. (Not your pants size, please.)

    Once you get your order, wrap the belt around you and decide where and how you plan to wear the belt on your body. Mark the spot on the belt where the buckle's post will need to have a corresponding hole punched or drilled so you can properly close the belt. If you are going for a costuming group approval, you need to get the hole right the first time, so take your time and get it right the first time. This character can not have any visible holes in the belt.  Use a leather punch or a drill and drill bit to make the hole. Be sure to use the sized tool that matches the size/diameter of the post on the buckle. Better to make the hole too small the first time and make it a bit bigger on a second pass. Once it is too big, you can't go back. 

This is very important. Rub your hands over the back and edges of all the parts. If you get any black Residue on your hands, you will need to add another coat of sealer to the edges and back of the parts. We already sealed it twice, but sometimes, once the leather cures, it still needs a third coat of sealer. We use Eco-Flo Super Shene sealer from Tandy Leather. It is also available on Amazon. Well worth the investment to keep from getting residue on your tunic.

It is made from a nice thick 8-10 oz. Weight leather.
